Our History
The "GC" stands for Greater Clark, meaning we serve greater Clark county and surrounding areas. We have been involved in investing in real estate almost 20 years, and have a passion for investing and managing real estate. Our passion grew over the years and we started the company to perform full time management and leasing for investors in 2023. Our Mission at GC property Services is to provide excellent property management services for our owners, making sure our owners can invest, build wealth, and have peace of mind that their investments are being well taken care of. We aim to do this, while also providing great customer service for our tenants, making sure our tenants have a quality living experience, and treated with dignity and respect.
